Year 6 Parents/Carers,
Please read this letter from Mrs Ling about the upcoming ‘Celebration of Schools’ Music’ at Snape Maltings and then use this permission and booking form to give permission and request tickets for the event by noon on Friday 1st February.
Important items to note:
1) Tickets orders need to be placed with the school by Friday 1st February to get the reduced ticket price of £5/ticket. Any orders after this date will need to go directly through Snape Maltings and the cost will be £8/ticket.
2) Your child’s details (name, age and gender) will need to be placed on the Snape Malting’s database but their details will NOT be used for any other purpose than to show that they performed at the event. The database is to make sure that children are not performing too often and too long for their age. Please provide permission for this on the form.
3) Please read the photo permissions carefully on the letter and provide permission on the form as applicable.
