We have had a lovely week in Year 2:
- We created Gaudi inspired butterfly mosaics using tiles and a wooden base
- Discussed kindness and made our own kindness seeds, thinking about what we will do to be kind to our classmates, friends and family.
- Observed our caterpillars and wrote about how they have changed since last week.
- Our outdoor garden area needed a little brightening up so we have been painting the minibeast stones outside.
- In writing, we have been using colour thesaurus word mats (as well as others) to come up with interesting ways to describe butterflies and their movements.
