A Tiny Seed – Y1
We’ve been continuing our flower theme this week, with the book A Tiny Seed by Eric Carle. We’ve read the story, sequenced the events, and will be looking at the causes and effects of the seed’s growth.
We’ve recorded how our bean seeds are doing, which is very exciting as most have started to germinated and we are seeing a little root appear.
These are some of the images taken of our artwork, which is inspired by the illustrations in this week’s book. We used the techniques collage, wax resist and painted with natural resources such as flowers, twigs and leaves.
