The one with scarecrows galore…

Welcome to October’s News Cycle and to the school I would like to welcome Elliot, Sienna and Scarlett in F1 and Caitlyn in Y4. I hope they enjoy their time at Woodbridge Primary. It is with some sadness that we bid farewell to two members of staff, Kirsteen Torrence (Y6 TA) and Ski Evans (Communications Assistant). I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their many creative contributions to the school and wish them both well as they head off for pastures new. I want to congratulate all the Early Years families who made a scarecrow for the exhibition.

The exhibits just seem to get better and better and this year it was quite a surprise to meet my scarecrow self! Such wonderful creativity. There are lots of lovely events to look forward to in November and just a little reminder that our school photographer will be coming to the school on Tuesday 21st November – so best bib and tucker! (And (headteacher challenge) a prize to the first student that can tell me where the expression best bib and tucker comes from…)
