In F2 this week we have been exploring and inventing new animals. We read the book Edward goes exploring and decided to make up some mixed up animals. The children have been painting and drawing their own mixed up animals.
We also have two African land snails in class, Mrs Watson Brown has kindly let us borrow her pets. The children have been observing and feeding them each day.
In maths we have been experimenting and learning about capacity and 2D and 3D shapes.
With the construction set we have been building and making different things, one thing we really enjoyed making were televisions, the children were really creative and became weather forecasters. Another busy week of learning in F2.
