The Eco-Council led today’s assembly and showed some great substitutions we could all make for our single use plastic. They were…metal straws (with a cleaning brush), bamboo toothbrushes, lightweight bags to use in place of plastic bags for fruit & veg, cloth bags, reuseable drinking cups for coffee or water, beeswax wraps for sandwiches.
