Forest School Club engages Years 3 & 4 with the natural world! Our fully qualified forest school leaders and first-aiders allow the children to ‘Build Learning Power’ through supervised activities such as:-
- safe fire lighting
- whittling
- nature art
- shelter building
- games
Over the six 90 minute sessions the children will also make things so they have crafts to show and use. There are multiple benefits to this kind of learning: building confidence and self esteem; boosting physical and mental health; learning new skills out doors; promoting the importance of team work.
