Chair’s Message

A message from the Governing Chair

As the Chair of Governors at Woodbridge Primary School, I want to emphasise the importance of education and its impact on the future of our children. Education is the foundation of success and the key to unlocking opportunities and potential. At Woodbridge Primary School, we believe in providing a quality education that will equip our children with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in life.

We understand that every child is unique.  That’s why we have a curriculum that caters to the individual needs of our children, while still maintaining high academic standards. Our teachers are highly qualified and dedicated to providing a supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity.

We believe that education is not just about academic achievement but also about personal development and growth. Our children are encouraged to participate in, and explore their interests and develop important life skills such as consideration, curiosity, and communication – part of our ‘7 C’s’ ethos which is interwoven throughout each child’s educational journey. We are committed to nurturing well-rounded individuals who are prepared to face the challenges of the future with confidence.

Finally, at Woodbridge Primary School, we believe that education is a partnership between the school, parents/carers, and the wider community.  We value the support and involvement of parents/carers in their childrens’ education, and we will strive to maintain open communication and collaboration with them. Together, we can create a learning environment that inspires and empowers our children to reach their full potential and make a positive impact in the world.
